Original signed ink political cartoon, likely published, 15" x 11", July 20, 1983, shows Ronald Reagan on a leaky liferaft and clutching a map of "Central America" as he exclaims "AT LAST! RESCUE!" Before him swims a crocodile representing Henry Kissinger who has already "consumed" Chile, Vietnam and Cambodia. Fine.
