Shown is a view of the mountain Scheiblingstein in the Vienna Woods in Lower Austria. From an elevated point of view the observer is overlooking a valley, getting a glance of the mountains that are covered by a sky in an atmospheric evening glow. The painting is signed and dated lower right ‘F. Beierheimer 43’ and titled in pencil on verso including information on the artist. It is in good condition, occasional retouching visible under UV, otherwise overall of good impression. The image measures 59.5 x 41.5 cm, the framed dimensions are 67 x 48.5 cm. The frame shows slight signs of wear. (cru) Shipping costs excl. statutory VAT and plus 2,5% (+VAT) shipping insurance.
