      INGMAR BERGMAN (1918-2007), letter with drawing, signed Putte. Dated Stockholm June 27 1939. Four pages written by hand to Miss Barbro Hiort of Ornäs called Dearest Babs. The last page with drawing of sailboat. 20 x 16,5 cm. In the letter Bergman writes that he is exhausted after an exam and also gives Miss Hiort some advice. Misscoloured, folding.

      INGMAR BERGMAN (1918-2007), 7 letters written by hand to his wife KÄBI LARETEI between 1959-1969. Among the letters from Bergman to Käbi is one about their divorce dated Fårö April 14 1969. Other letters is about deep thoughts and feelings. Among them a very self-revealing letter dated June 22 1959 where Bergman cries with longing for his wife who is not at home. 40 letters written by Käbi Laretai is included in this lot among one still unopened. Wear, some envbelops with damages and writing from Käbi, some stains and folding.

      INGMAR BERGMAN (1918-2007), 21 letters written by hand, dated 1938-1940 . All are written to Miss Barbro Hiort af Ornäs and mostly to her summerresidence at Smådalarö. Almost all are from Bergmans military duty in Strängnäs 1938. In most of the letters he longs for Barbro and complains about his life in the military. A few are from the time after military duty and his time as leader of the theater at Mäster Olofsgården in Stockholm. Wear, folding, some stains.

      INGMAR BERGMAN (1918-2007), writingbook with drama, first version of "Hets", 1930s. 26 handwritten pages about the schoolboy Jan-Erik in Stockholm and his meeting with the girl Vanja. She is not a schoolgirl and later comits suicide. Probably this is Bergmans first idea to his drama "Hets" written 1942-43. The film was made 1943-44 with Bergman partly responsible for the regi which was also his debut. With the lot follows a manuscript in three pages from a highschool speach. Included is also a photograph of Bergman as student. Wear, some stains, cover and pages lose and with alterations.

Amendment to an agreement between Bergman and ABC for a film entitled 'The Touch.' In very good condition, with file holes at the top of each page, staple holes along the left side, missing upper left corners, wrinkling to the signed page, and show-through from a stamping touching the middle of Bergman's name.
