At the Victory Table Joker At the Victory Table, Mexico had a place of honor, as represented by her President, General Manuel Avila Camacho. The marvellous brush of Arias Bernal allows us to see at this same table, Truman, Attlee and Molotov.. Two of the heads what conducted the allied armies to Victory are not present. Antonio Arias Bernal (1913 - 1960) Eight months before the peace was signed, Ignacio Carral Icaza conceived and Antonio Arias Bernal finished drawings in the form of cards in a card deck. Prior to the close of the war, these were also used a propaganda posters. The bright colors and comical caricatures of Hitler and others are clearly representative of Bernal's mastery of his art of World War II.
