Ription Nicolas Jacques Bernard Juliard or Juillard (Paris 1715 - 1790) Two washerwomen and an angler by a torrent in a wooded landscape, oil on canvas, oval, 74 x 63 cm, beautiful original carved and gilded 18th-century frame, (Wo) Certificate: Prof. Alberto Cottino, director of the del Museo Accorsi in Turino, dosent at the l'Università di Torino, 10th of february 2007, as an autograph work by Juillard (in Italian). Juillard was a student of François Boucher and a member of the Académie Française in Paris. Probably he was one of the assistants employed by Boucher to cope with his huge workload. Juillard also worked for the tapestry factory at Aubusson.
