Die Schülerin von Karl Wendel und George Mosson war Mitglied im Verein Berliner Künstler und präsentierte ihre Stilleben und Werke mit Titeln wie "Sonntagabend an der Havel" von 1919 bis 1923 auf der Großen Berliner Kunstausstellung. - Stellenweise Craquelé.

The paint surface is clearly affected by craquelure. Inspection under UV light reveals scattered areas of retouching, especially to the sky and the water. The stretcher measures 80.5 x 89.5 cm and the frame 94.5 x 103.5 cm. Lucie Beschütz (1889-1926) Lucie Beschütz was born in Berlin and remained active in the capital until the end of her career. She was a student of Karl Wendel (1878-1953) and George Mosson (1851-1933). (cbo) Shipping costs excl. statutory VAT and plus 2,5% (+VAT) shipping insurance.
