The Belgian artist Bert de Beule was born in Ghent. He now lives and works in Antwerp. Bert de Beule mostly works in smaller formats. In his paintings he takes landscapes, interiors, cityscapes as a starting point, but he alienates and abstracts by deviations, delicate color nuances and sublime form disintegration. Thus his works attain an enigmatic, very special aura.
