The first size is the overall size, the second size is the image size. For detailed condition questions please text 617-835-2496. Artist Bio: Born Sept. 15, 1891; died Kansas City, Aug., 1981. Painter. Printmaker. Studied at the Kansas City Art Institute with Randall Davies and in Europe in the 1910s. Taught art at the Barstow School for girls. Her husband, Dr. Peter Bohan, was a professor of medicine at the University of Kansas School of Medicine from 1941-45. Illustrator of Logan Clendening's Romance of Medicine: Behind the Doctor (1943). The Ruth Bohan Teaching Fellowship at the University of Kansas recognizes excellence in teaching in the medical school.
