Dobrawa Borkala Art for Sale and Sold Prices

Dobrawa Borkala (born 1990) is a graduate of both the École nationale supérieure des Beaux-Arts in Paris and the Psychology Faculty at the University of Social Sciences and Humanities in Warsaw. She works in drawing, video and embroidery.

She obtained her psychology diploma upon study on the influence of art therapy on prisoners suffering from post-traumatic stress disease. In Paris, she was researching perception of plants.

She had solo exhibitions: “Immersion” at the École nationale supérieure des Beaux-Arts in Paris (2015), “Photo-sensitivity” at the Andel’s Hotel in Lodz (2014), “Hay otros mundos pero estan en este” at the Inlassable Gallery in Paris (2014) and “I Wish You All Loved Me” at the M2 Gallery in Warsaw (2013).

She also took part in group shows, such as “Ausstellung im Lichthof” at the Staatliche Akademie der Bildenden Künste in Karlsruhe (2014) and the Drawing Biennial at the Cité internationale des Arts in Paris (2013).
