A work rare on the market and dedicated to Italy with a particular focus on Sicily of which there are four detailed maps. 4to (290 x 210mm). Woodcut decorations and initials, 19 double-page engraved maps (some light soiling and occasional staining and foxing). Modern boards, manuscript title on spine (top of spine chipped, some stains on verso). IT BOLIFONI, Antonio (1649-1707) e Luigi - Carte de regni di Napoli e di Sicilia. Napoli: Francesco Ricciardo, 1734. Copia fresca, completa e con le mappe in buone condizioni di questa opera che difficilmente si trova sul mercato dedicata all'Italia con particolare focus sulla Sicilia della quale ci sono ben quattro dettagliate mappe. 4to (290 x 210mm). Fregi e iniziali xilografiche, 19 carte geografiche incise in rame a doppia pagina (qualche traccia di polvere e sporadiche macchie e fioriture). Cartonato moderno, titolo manoscritto al dorso (difetto all'estremità superiore del dorso, alcune macchie al verso).

With the portrait of the author engraved in copper and 5 cards of folded plates (of 8), light browning, blooms, restoration at the outer white margin of G9, 11-12, H9, M5, small gap affecting the text at G12, coeval parchment binding with handwritten title on the spine, slight defects. § Together in the lot Pietro Gerardo . Life of Ezzellino third as a Roman, from origin to end of his family; under whose tyranny more than twelve thousand Padouan deaths lacked uiolent death [...] , Venice, Francesco Lorenzini da Turino, 1560. Typographic mark on the title page, woodcut initials, small halo on the title page, light flowering, slight browning , contemporary parchment binding with handwritten title on the spine, some halo.

First tome with chalcographic antiporta with portrait of the author and coat of arms of the dedicatee in a3, missing two plates, P6-7 detached from the body of the text, in the second volume 7 c. of plates (of 8), of which 1 detached and with a small tear, to the III volume 5 c. of tables, to the IV 3 tables of tables, light browning, coeval parchment binding, handwritten title on the spine with paper insert, slight defects. Al contropiatto Former paper books and stamp, stamp of belonging to the guard card.

Napoli, Francesco Ricciardo, 1743.In 4° (267 x 214 mm); [8] pagine, seguite da 19 tavole geografiche incise in rame a doppia pagina fuori testo (difetto della carta al recto della terza carta che lede qualche parola, sporadiche fioriture prevalentemente al verso delle tavole). Legatura del secolo XX in mezza pergamena antica con piatti in cartonato marmorizzato e titolo in oro al dorso.Bella copia di questo raro atlante.
