A hillside cluttered with flowers slope to the right into a small pond. On the horizon small copse is to see. The sky, in the left half still loose cloudy, has pulled together in the right half to looming thunderclouds. The artist masterfully has managed to capture the thundery atmosphere in this painting. The oil painting is signed lower left in Cyrillic 'F. Burchardt'. It bears occasional tiny paint losses and minor framing traces. The condition overall is good. The painting measures 36 x 51.5 cm.
