      Property of a Okatie, SC Estate Description: William Paton Burton (British, 1828-1883), Landscape with Cottage, Oil on Board, signed lower left, depicting a small cottage near the sea, label on back of board reading 'Charles Roberson & Co. Artists Colourmen, Manufacturers of Water and Oil Colours. Materials for Drawing and Painting, 99, Long Acre, London.' in a giltwood frame. Frame size: 19 in. x 26 3/4 in. Measurements: Height: by sight 12 in. x Width: 18 5/8 in. Condition: Good condition, some small areas of inpainting in foliage, wear to gilt. Notice to bidders: The absence of a condition report does not imply that the lot is in perfect condition or completely free from wear and tear, imperfections, or the conditions of aging.
