    Property of a Okatie, SC Estate Description: William Paton Burton (British, 1828-1883), Landscape with Cottage, Oil on Board, signed lower left, depicting a small cottage near the sea, label on back of board reading 'Charles Roberson & Co. Artists Colourmen, Manufacturers of Water and Oil Colours. Materials for Drawing and Painting, 99, Long Acre, London.' in a giltwood frame. Frame size: 19 in. x 26 3/4 in. Measurements: Height: by sight 12 in. x Width: 18 5/8 in. Condition: Good condition, some small areas of inpainting in foliage, wear to gilt. Notice to bidders: The absence of a condition report does not imply that the lot is in perfect condition or completely free from wear and tear, imperfections, or the conditions of aging. Complete condition reports are available by request, no later than 24 hours prior to the live auction.
