Red cloth in fine unread condition, in mint cloth clamshell box, lined in black velvet with printed paper label on spine of box, binding by Smith and Settle of Bingley, Yorkshire. Contained in the book is an original hand-coloured etching by Butterworth, mottled and loosely inserted.
