        Teddy Will Run Oscar Edward Cesare (October 7, 1883 - July 25, 1948) was a Swedish-born American caricaturist, painter, draftsman and editorial cartoonist. The Library of Congress holds many of his Teddy Roosevelt cartoons. Political cartoon art, titled "Indoor Sports" depicts TR as a cat playing with a mouse named convention. On the wall is "Saratoga Springs" as well as a frame "WRH" (William Randolph Hearst). V, 14" x 20". This likely is 1910 when Roosevelt publically announces he will challenge Taft.
