Chinese General and an important figure in the Kuomintang. An interesting T.L.S., Wego W.K. Chiang, one page, Taipei, 20th May 1975, one month after his father´s death, on his printed stationery, to Bernd R. Platte, in German. Chiang refers to his father Chiang Kai-shek stating `From the painful loss of my Father, the President of the Republic of China, I have found a new philosophy of life..´ ; Wei Tao-ming (1899-1978) Former Chinese Ambassador to the United States during WWII. Foreign affairs minister and first Governor of Taiwan; Lien Chan (1936- ) Premier of the Republic of China 1993-97, and President of the Kuomintang 2000-05. An attractive signed greeting card in gold and red.; Chen Shui-bian (1950- ) President of the Republic of China 2000-08. Signed colour 6 x8 photograph; Hsieh Tung-Min (1908-2001) Vice president of China 1978-84. Signed colour 3.5 x 5 photograph; Zhang Jingfu, etc..
