She took a part of the national park where dunes had been transformed into lake districts because of heavy rainfalls. In her works, she combines existing with composed elements, creating an interesting twist. The series 'White Sands' is characterized by broad white landscapes. The photographer lives and works in Berlin. Her work has been honored with several awards, among them the Kodak Nachwuchsförderpreis, the Aenne-Biermann-Preis für Deutsche Gegenwartsfotografie, as well as the Lead award Bronze and Silver.
