    Andrew Coppola (American, 1941-1992), aluminum sculpture of a human torso on a gray and tan stone base, titled "Torso", and signed under base, "Andrew Coppola", 21 1/2" h. (includes stand). Coppola is an alumn of the Hartford Art School at the University of Hartford, and recived a Fulbright-Hays Fellowship upon graduation to study in Florence, Italy from 1964-1965. His works have been exhibited in various museums and galleries such as the Wadsworth Atheneum (Hartford, Ct), the New Britian Museum of American Art (New Britian, Ct), the Norwich Free Academy (Norwich, Ct), Haverford College, (Pennsylvaina) as well as various others. Coppola was also an ajunct faculty member at the University of Hartford, and lectured at several other insitutions including Boston College of Art, the Uiniversity of New Hampshire, the University of Pennsylvaina and the West Hartford Art League.

    and monogrammed. Coppola graduated from the Hartford Art School (Connecticut) in 1963, and received a Fulbright-Hays Fellowship for sculpture in Florence, Italy (1964-65). He exhibited at the Colona Galeria (Florence); Slater Museum, Norwich Free Academy (Norwich, CT); New Britain Museum of American Art (CT); Wadsworth Atheneum (Hartford); Haverford College (PA); Hartford College (CT); and the New Jersey Art and Architecture Traveling Exhibition. Coppola was an adjunct faculty member of the University of Hartford, and a featured lecturer/instructor at the Boston College of Art, University of New Hampshire, West Hartford Art League, and the University of Pennsylvania.
