Rutter and published by F.L. Kennington, Stockport, 1998, a copy of which is included in this lot." Rutter was born at Seahouses and worked as a fisherman and later as a National Trust warden on the Farne Islands painting prolifically in his spare time. His work was retailed at Harrods, London, and in his native Northumbria. He died at Seahouses where apart from war service in the navy, on minesweepers, he had spent all his life."
