Signed and inscribed "My Best Wishes...and where else would he serve?" Ran April 21, 1961. ++ "Making It Unanimous." Shows Pres. Eisenhower approving Christian Herter to succeed Secy. of State John Foster Dulles. Sgd. lower right, ran April 23, 1961. ++ "Hope You Don't Have To Equal My Mileage Record!" Shows Secy. of State Dulles and his replacement, Herter. Signed lower center, ran April 27, 1961. All are moderately toned, tape residue to edges, some edge tears.
