        Adriaan de Lelie (1755-1820), I. Grandmother Wilhelmina van Haarst-Krüger II. The seven-year-old granddaughter Antoinette Philippine van Haarst, oil on panel (2), 34x27 cm, Wilhelmina Krüger (1737-1809) married in 1763 to Arend van Haarst. Their son Gerrit van Haarst (born 1764) married Maria Spaan (born 1762). A family portrait of Gerrit with his mother, his wife and their five children - Arent (born 1793), Willem (born 1795), Antoinette Philippine (1800-1862), Gerrit (born 1801) and Jan Willem (born 1802) - is part of the collection of Museum ’t Coopmanshûs in Franeker. Father Gerrit van Haarst was a tobacconist on the Reguliersbreestraat in Amsterdam. Provenance: -Private collection, the Netherlands, for many decades. I. signed with initials and dated 'ADL Ft 1807' (upper right); annotated 'AET: 7.' II. dated 'Ao 1807' (upper right); annotated 'AET. 7.' (upper left)

Unexamined out of the frame, some light brown stains and creases, overall in good condition.

Appraised in 1982 by Charles Hecht for Catchpenny Art Gallery showing a market value of $1,800.00.
