        Original black & white ink watercolor of four workers in the field, signed lower right. Haitian artist Martino Dorce attended the Ecole Nationale Tertulien Guilbaud primary school and was a student of Joseph Tony "TiTonTon" Moise, who has exhibited worldwide. Dorce has exhibited in his native Haiti and in the US. Dorce transports the viewer to a tropical paradise that is at once colorful and innocent, while at the same time, mysterious and sophisticated. To his lush, detailed pen and India ink drawings, he adds layers of rich watercolors until he achieves vividness not usually associated with the medium. Overall size: 16 x 14 in. Sight size: 11 x 9 in.
