    Otto Reinhold Eggers (America, 1882-1964). This graphite and watercolor composition is pencil signed and dated "O. R. Eggers, 1947", lower left. It depicts a red bricked building with a tall white steeple. The writing en verso places this at NYU's center pavilion. The work's matting is as is: torn and discolored. The drawing has a blemish both upper left and lower left, as well as toning. The sight area measures 20" x 13", and the mat measures 26 1/2" x 19 1/2". In-house shipping is available.
