Publisher's white vellum gilt. 14 1/2 x 10 1/2 inches (37 x 26.5 cm); [2], xvi, 102 pp., with fourteen plates, of which five are etchings pulled from the original plates of Palmer, the balance after Palmer's drawings. Minor binding wear and soil, light foxing to endpapers, but a superior copy with the bookplate of Richard Friedlander; Together with MILTON, JOHN. The Shorter Poems of John Milton. London: Seeley & Company, 1889. One of 135 large-paper copies, of which this is number 67. Publisher's white vellum gilt. 14 1/2 x 10 1/2 inches (37 x 26.5 cm); xx, 124 pp., with 12 plates after Palmer's drawings. About fine. Palmer was one of Blake's "Shoreham Ancients," to which circle he was introduced by Blake's friend and final patron, John Linnell.
