Housed and matted under glass in an ebonized wooden frame with gilt trim. Sight: 10 1/4" H x 13 5/8" W. Framed: 17 1/2" H x 21" W. 2nd item: Syd J. Browne (New York, 1907-1991) watercolor on paper landscape painting, titled "Old Street, Rockport", depicting a figure in a peach dress walking down a wide street partially shaded by trees with two white buildings having green shutters and roofs. Two additional, shaded figures beside a utility pole and a large body of water are visible in the background beneath a pale blue sky. Signed "Syd Browne" lower right. Titled in pencil, en verso of matte. Young Fine Arts 1993 sticker label and pencil inscription with title, en verso of frame; additional Young Fine Arts label to glass below image.
