    Jane Elizabeth Lynch (née Beverly) (1825-1904), wearing grey décolleté dress with bouffant sleeves, a cross on a black cord suspended from her neck, her dark hair parted at the front and curled in a ringlet tucked behind her ear, the reverse plaited and tied in a knot at the back of her head. Pencil, ink and watercolour on paper, signed on the obverse and dated LF. 1847., gilt-wood frame. Oval, 248mm (9 3/4in) high

    Two portrait miniatures of Charles James Beverly FRS (1786-1868) and his wife, Harriet Beverly: the former, wearing black coat, waistcoat, white chemise and stock; the latter, wearing black décolleté dress with lace trim, her dark hair elaborately upswept and curled. The latter signed on the obverse and dated LF/ 1827, gold fausse-montre frames, the reverse of the former engraved Charles James Beverly/ 1786-1868/ by Louis Ferrière/ (1792-1866)/ Exhibited RA. 1827; the reverse of the latter engraved Harriet/ wife of C.J.
