    Alfred FINOT & MOUGIN NANCY (1876-1947) Jardinière "La vague" - Circa 1900 Céramique émaillée beige nuancé et rouge sang-de-boeuf à l'intérieur. Signé du nom des deux artistes et numéroté "H645". Eclats sous la base. 17 x 26 cm Historique: Formé à l'École des Beaux-Arts de Nancy puis dans l'atelier de Louis-Ernest Barrias à Paris, Alfred Finot est un des amis proches de Joseph Mougin. Il est un des premiers artistes à lui proposer des modèles de vases. La jardinière "La vague" et le vase "Trois femmes" comptent parmi les créations les plus abouties de son œuvre en céramique.
