Fischer, Cuno. Madonna, Guitarre spielend. Hinterglasmalerei. Monogrammiert und datiert links unten. Auf der Rahmenrückwand betitelt, datiert und bezeichnet "Hinterglasmalerei". 1947. Bildmaße: 36,5 x 23 cm. Gerahmt. Prachtvolle Hinterglasmalerei des Malers, Bühnenbildners und Designers Cuno Fischer (1914-1973), der 1939 von den Nazis mit einem Berufsverbot belegt wurde und nach dem Krieg an verschiedenen Bühnen als Bühnenbildner arbeitete. Ab 1953 führte er ein Nomadenleben in Südfrankreich und kehrte erst 1963 nach Murnau zurück. - Sehr gut erhalten.

Porcelain Germany, 1960s Manufacturer: Rosenthal Studio-Line Design by Cuno Fischer (1914-1973) – German painter and designer Design: Baumann Base with manufacturer's marks and box signed ‘Cuno Fischer’ Large plate and box with a funnel-shaped lid Diameter of the plate: 32.5 cm Height of the box with lid: 10 cm Very good condition This set of a large plate and a box with lid was made by Rosenthal Studio-Line after a design by the German artist Cuno Fischer. The mirror of the plate and the wall of the box are decorated with a detailed, gray pattern. The lid of the box has a slight funnel shape and repeats the gray color of the wall. The base shows the manufacturer's marks and the box is also signed ‘Cuno Fischer’. The set is in very good condition with hardly any signs of wear. The diameter of the plate is 32.5 cm and the height of the box with lid measures 10 cm. Rosenthal The porcelain manufacturer was established in 1879 as a family business by Philipp Rosenthal. Rosenthal is known for pioneering efforts in product design and worldwide success in design shops. Through collaborations with designers and artists, an impressive line of products arose - today seen as classic pieces.
