        Louis Fischer, attr., Damenportrait Bildnis einer jungen Frau mit aufwendiger Frisur und zahlreichem Schmuck, mit freundlich zum Betrachter gerichtetem Blick, mit spitzem Pinsel ausgeführte Portraitmalerei mit gekonnter Behandlung des Lichts, Aquarell, Graphit und etwas Deckweiß auf Papier, links unten signiert und datiert "L. Fischer/(1)843", etwas gebräunt und wasserrandig, hinter Glas gerahmt, Falzmaße ca. 30 x 21,5 cm. Künstlerinfo: eigentlich Louis François Poisson, Marquis de Marigny, frz.-dt- Maler, Elfenbeinschnitzer, Bildhauer und Lithograph (1784 Paris bis 1845 Schwerin), 1806–07 Offizier im französischen Heer, anschließend in Goldberg/Mecklenburg als Zeichenlehrer und Maler ansässig und verdeutschte seinen Namen, 1811 Übersiedlung nach Güstrow und 1815 Umzug nach Schwerin, 1824 Studienaufenthalt in Dresden, 1834 Teilnahme an der Akademie-Ausstellung in Berlin, Quelle: Thieme-Becker. Louis Fischer, attr., Portrait of a Lady Portrait of a young woman with elaborate hairstyle and numerous jewellery, with a friendly gaze directed towards the viewer, portrait painting executed with a pointed brush with skilful treatment of the light, watercolour, graphite and some opaque white on paper, signed and dated "L. Fischer/(1)843" lower left, somewhat browned and waterstained, framed behind glass, folded dimensions approx. 30 x 21.5 cm. Artist information: actually Louis François Poisson, Marquis de Marigny, French-Dutch painter, ivory carver, sculptor and lithographer (1784 Paris - 1845 Schwerin), 1806-07 officer in the French army, subsequently settled in Goldberg/Mecklenburg as a drawing teacher and painter and Germanised his name, 1811 moved to Güstrow and 1815 moved to Schwerin, 1824 studied in Dresden, 1834 took part in the Academy exhibition in Berlin, source: Thieme-Becker.
