The depicted motifs show an architectonic building in front of a blue sky, an abstract composition of grid structures and a house with a red brick front and a silver sky. Fischer has used different documentary photographs that were taken during a journey to Russia. These were transformed graphically, without any claims to depict the reality. All serigraphs are in a very good condition without any visible traces of use. Each work is signed ‘U. Fischer ‘93‘ at the lower right. Each work is additionally numbered; according to the above presented order, the first motif shows ‘I/8/11’, the second motif shows ‘I/6/12’ and the third motif shows ‘I/12/15’. Each image measures c. 26.5 cm in height and c. 39.3 cm in width, whereas their paper sheets measure 35.5 x 50 cm. All serigraphs are mounted in passe-partouts that measure 44.5 x 59 cm. One mat shows traces of colour pens. Ulirch Fischer (geb. 1951) Ulrich Fischer started his artistic training in 1972 as a student of the Academy of Visual Arts in Leipzig. In 1972, he graduated with a diploma in graphic arts and photography. Since 1978, he works as a freelance artist in Gera. He used to be a member of the Association of Visual Artists of the GDR, the German Democratic Republic. (cbo) Shipping costs excl. statutory VAT and plus 2,5% (+VAT) shipping insurance.
