Henry Ford: An Iconic 1924 Presidential Hopeful Button

          Est: $2,400 - $3,600

Henry Ford: An Iconic 1924 Presidential Hopeful Button Picturing a Model T. Nothing has been hotter in the recent political item market than rare Ford button varieties, and this is one of the greatest designs. Rare varieties of Ford picture buttons have sold for $8125 and $7812 in 2015 and 2014. Only a few of this great design are known, and we recall a private sale back in the 1990s for $5000. The only example we have handled was a rather badly cracked example in the Merrill Berman Collection ( the only one he ever had the opportunity to acquire), which sold for $575 in our September 2015 auction. Diameter: 7/8."
