A fine lithographed birds-eye-view of Parkersburg, West Virginia, drawn by Fowler at the end of the nineteenth century. Parkersburg is located approximately 40 miles north of Charleston, West Virginia. This highly detailed view features street names and individual buildings, showing both the Ohio and the Kanawha Rivers.
