Pedro Gallardo Navarro Art for Sale and Sold Prices

Pedro Gallardo, who usually signs his paintings with the pseudonym KROOTH, is an artist born in Cadiz, who finished his studies of Fine Arts at the University of Seville in 1994, and since then professionally dedicated to teaching, obtaining the position of career civil servant in 2008. He currently works as a drawing teacher at the IES Manuel de Falla in Puerto Real. He has exhibited on several occasions individually, for example, in Cadiz in the room "El Palillero" in 1997, in the room "Melkart" in 1998, in the City of Medina Sidonia in 1998, and an exhibition of watercolors in "La Mirilla" in 2001.

He has participated in several contests winning some prizes such as the first prize in the IX Painting Contest "Jóvenes valores" of Chiclana in 1994; the third prize in the XI Painting Contest "Jóvenes valores" of Chiclana in 1996; the second prize in the III Photography Contest of the Excmo. Ayuntamiento de Genalguacil in 2004; selected in the XXVII Exhibition of Fine Arts of the Royal Provincial Academy of Fine Arts of Cadiz in 1995; and selected in the V Edition of the Muface Painting Award in 2009. In 2018, a work of his has been selected and exhibited in Madrid in the BBVA Painting Prize 2018, and in this month of April 2019, he has a work selected in the National Painting Contest "Manuel De Gracia" in Mora, Toledo, and in the IV Salón de Primavera de Pintura Realista, with option to prize in both. He is currently preparing a solo exhibition in Cadiz, in the Restaurant "La Tapería".
