      Two (2) Edda Maxwell Heath (California, 1874-1972) impressionist paintings. 1st item: Oil on canvas impressionist landscape depicting a sunlight dirt road bordered by trees and a split rail fence to the side. Signed and dated "E. M. Heath 1905" lower left. Housed in a heavily carved foliate frame with gilt carved mat and liner. Sight: 11 3/8" H x 15 3/8" W. Framed: 21 5/8" H x 25 1/2" W. 2nd item: Impressionist mixed media on cardstock, titled "Live Oaks", depicting California oak trees against a mountain backdrop, rendered in bright colors. Signed and initialed "E.M. Heath & EMH" lower left and additionally signed and titled on the original dust cover/board "Live Oaks, EM Heath". Housed in a contemporary gilt wood frame with gilt liner. Sight: 8" H x 11 1/8" W. Framed: 18 1/4" H x 20 7/8" W.
