A wide and winding gold inclusion runs through the geometric shape and thus takes away its gravity. The result is a homogeneous blend of abstract and floating elements. Gottfried Höllwarth, born in 1945 in Salzburg, studied mechanical engineering from 1959 to 1964. Shortly thereafter he went to Vienna to study sculpture at the University of Applied Arts until 1970. He was a professor for industrial stone design, but after many years of teaching he devoted his time solely to his own art. The ashlar is in very good condition with hardly any signs of age. The small-scale sculpture measures 25.7 cm in height, 16 cm in width and 10 cm in depth. (ggo) Shipping costs excl. statutory VAT and plus 2,5% (+VAT) shipping insurance.
