He saved up enough money to afford drawing classes after he finished his apprenticeship as a painter. In the war Karl Holstein lost an eye, but with that not his will to pursue his passion of becoming an artist. In the 1970s he had his own studio and soon started exhibiting his work, for example in Barcelona, Hamburg, Tours (France), Cologne and Sylt. Shipping costs excl. statutory VAT and plus 2,5% (+VAT) shipping insurance.
