"Myth and Reality: Elihu Vedder and American Painters in Italy," Questroyal Fine Art, New York, New York, May 10 - 31, 2012, in the exhibition catalog, no. 12 (illustrated). Condition report: The painting is in good overall condition. Small, unobtrusive areas of craquelure are present, particularly along the righthand side of the painting. No evidence of restoration when examined under UV light. Frame: 15 7/8 x 12 1/8 x 2 in.
