Edward Timothy Hurley (Aemrican, 1869-1950). Pair of etchings on paper, including one lifetime impression, signed by Hurley in margin, and with Closson's Gallery label to verso. Another etching of the same subject, albeit a posthumous printing with signature NOT by Hurley (many of Hurley's plates were used after his death), and not as well an inked impression. An interesting study on a lifetime early printing and a later specimen using the same plate. Each 20" x 16.5" (framed).
