Susan Warner Keene Sold at Auction Prices

Susan Warner Keene is a Toronto-based artist working in handmade paper who has been exhibiting in Canada and internationally since 1980. Her work is in Canadian embassies in Korea and Chile and in the collection of the Canadian Museum of Civilization, as well as many other public, corporate, and private collections. In addition to her gallery exhibitions and commission work, Keene has been active as an educator, writer, editor and curator in association with such organizations as Sheridan College School of Craft & Design, the Ontario Crafts Council and the Textile Museum of Canada. In 1991 she was presented with the Prix Saidye Bronfman Award for Excellence in the Crafts in recognition of her work and her contribution to the development of the crafts in Canada. She was elected to the Royal Canadian Academy of Arts in 2005.
