In front of the circus tent sits a dancer seated with a small dog on a large chair. A trainer is leading a white pony from the artists’ wagons. A black dog is watching the circus. The scene is lit by the full moon. The painting is monogrammed lower right as well as signed and dated on the back in black pen ‘Keplinger 1970’. The painting and the frame are in very good condition. The painting cardboard measures 32 x 41 cm. The total dimensions, including the frame, are 46.5 x 55.2 cm.
