        5000, I Gusti Ketut Kobot (1917-1999), A God carrying five figures, acrylic on canvas, 51x41 cm (with Balinese frame: 68x58 cm), signed and annotated 'I Gusti. Ketut. Kobot. / Pengosekan. / Ubud Bali' (lower centre), Depicted is a scene based on the Bimaswarga story. In a forest, in the centre the figure of Bima, one of the five descendants of Pandu, the Pandawas. He carries his family: mother Kunti on his back, she protrudes above his head, brother Arjuna on his back, right behind, Nakula - one of the twins, right behind his hip; both arms around the eldest brother, Yudhistira, and the other half of the twin, Sadewa, above his left leg, at his left hip. Bima has been ordered to seek holy water to redeem his ancestors, Pandu and his consort Madri, who are being boiled in the copper hell cauldron. His relatives accompany him on his journey to heaven and hell. According to the text, they are swallowed, and when the problems are solved, Kunti and the Pandawas leave his body.
