Jarek Kruk (born in 1956 in Lublin, Poland). Polish painter and graphist. From 1980 to 1982, he studied at the Institute of Fine Arts in Lublin. In 1983, he settled in Lille, where he continued his studies and obtained his diploma in 1988. Since 1988, he lives and works in Paris. In his figurative pictorial research, Jarek Kruk associates acrylic painting and mixed techniques (acrylic, charcoal, collage, graphic palette…). His works often combine traditional and digital techniques. He is close to the artistic movement “decentrism”.
