There he turned to music and played for a while in the orchestra "Eboko ley" He graduates from studies at the National Conservatory of Music and Contemporary Dramatic Art and attended several workshops on painters It was there that he met the great artist Chéri Sambi and spent some time with him. Later, in 1973, he was the first contemporary painter to open a studio in the commune of Kinshasa and became well-known.
