Fils LaFleur Sold at Auction Prices

b. 1965 -

Born in 1965 in Port Salut, on the southern coast of Haiti, Fils Lafleur began making flags in 1987. He has exhibited in New Orleans and Santa Fe. A mural consisting of 32 of his flags depicting the different vévé symbols of Vodou was recently displayed on the wall of the International Airport in Port-au-Prince.
