Lamb was daughter of Horatio Appleton Lamb (1850 - 1926) and Annie Lawrence Rotch (1857 - ?) She was niece of the artist Rose Lamb (1843 - 1927) and sister of the patron and philantropic contributor miss. Rosamond Lamb (Dec. 17,1898 - June 25, 1989).
