        François LEFEBVRE (1747-1817), Mary finds Jesus in the Temple. Drawing in ink, wash and white enhancement, on laid paper. Signed lower right. 18x20 cm. Small holes. The drawing represents on the left the Virgin and Saint Joseph meeting the child Jesus in the center, in the middle of the priests of the Temple, including the high priest standing under a canopy. The Temple is represented by a rich classical architecture, composed of Corinthian pilasters, vaults carved with fleurons and domes painted with medallions with Hebrew writings and marble inlay floors. Framed with striations.

        François LEFEBVRE (1747-1817), The Flight to Egypt. Drawing in ink, wash and white enhancement, on laid paper. Signed lower left in chalk, and signed and dated 1778 lower right in ink. 18x20 cm. Small holes. The drawing represents the Virgin and the baby Jesus riding on a donkey held by Saint Joseph, on the bank of a river. On the left, a luxuriant nature and a Roman temple represent the Judea they are fleeing. The river Nile forms the border with Egypt, represented by a more arid nature made up of palm trees with in the background fortified cities with domes and minarets as well as pyramids. Framing of stripes.

        François LEFEBVRE (1747-1817), The Presentation at the Temple. Drawing in ink, wash and white enhancement, on laid paper. Signed and dated 1778 lower left. 18x20 cm. Small holes. The drawing represents the Virgin on her knees, accompanied by Saint Joseph holding an offering of two birds. They are in front of the old man Simeon who is holding the baby Jesus, raising his eyes to heaven to thank God. He is accompanied by a group of religious and two child acolytes holding a candle. They are surrounded by priests walking through the Temple. The Temple is represented by a classical architecture composed of double Corinthian colonnades, balusters, windows (one with a medallion) and niches. Framing of striations.

        François LEFEBVRE (1747-1817), The Adoration of the Magi. Drawing in ink, wash and white enhancement, on laid paper. 18x20 cm. Small holes. The drawing represents the Holy Family in a house with brick architecture and stone corners with the remains of plaster. In front of the Holy Family, the three Wise Men (Melchior, Gaspard and Balthazar) offer their gifts (gold, frankincense and myrrh) to the baby Jesus. They are accompanied by their caravan, composed of an escort armed with halberds and grooms holding horses and camels. In the upper part is the star of the east pointing to the child Jesus. Framed with stripes.

The drawing represents a grotto with a manger for the donkey and the ox. On the left is the Virgin and Saint Joseph surrounding the baby Jesus on the straw. The Holy Family is surmounted by three cherubs in clouds, holding a phylactery with the inscription "Gloria in excelsis deo". In front of the Holy Family stands a group of figures, including a kneeling shepherd offering a lamb and a bird walker, followed by women holding offerings. Background with starry sky, city, mountain and trees and shepherds guarding their flocks. Framed with striations.

The drawing represents the Virgin, in a living room decorated with a fireplace, a mirror, chairs and a pedestal table. The Virgin is kneeling on a prie-dieu, reading scrolls. In front of her appears the Archangel Saint Gabriel holding a branch of lily, on clouds and pointing to the sky, showing the Holy Spirit radiating on the Virgin. Framed with striations.
