      Views of Sweden and Norway. 1880s. 68 albumen prints, including 6 panoramic views. Most circa 16,5 x 22 cm, some smaller. Each with photographer's name, title and number in lower edge in the negative, mounted to gilt-edged album boards, bound in full leather album (edges minimally rubbed, a few scratches), gilt tooling and stamped title Schweden und Norwegen on front cover, with intact brass clasp. This attractive, well-preserved album contains views of Sweden and Norway showing cities, harbor scenes, dramatic landscapes with waterfalls, valleys, as well as monuments. The panoramic views include Laurvig, Byen, Bergen, Christians, Stockholm and Arendal. Additional views are of Drammen, Kongsberg, Valders, Andvord, Naerodalen, Stalheimsfos, Vossevangen, Hardanger and others. - A few prints faded in edges, otherwise most in very good condition and with strong contrasts.
