The artist is painting his pictures after sketches and photographic templates. The use of color, applied with bold brushstrokes and a spatula, is his crucial design medium. The painting is signed lower left 'P. Linnenbrink' and on verso titled 'San Fermin de Pamplona' as well as signed 'P. Linnenbrink'. Peter Linnenbrink (b.1941) Peter Linnenbrink was born in Dortmund in 1941. He studied graphic design in Amsterdam and worked successfully in various advertising agencies before he started his own business. In 1995 Linnenbrink retired from the advertising industry and has since then dedicated himself to painting working as a freelance artist.
