Ng Hon Loong Sold at Auction Prices

Ng Hon Loong studied Diploma of Fine Arts at the Malaysian Institute of Art (MIA) under full scholarship, and graduated there in 1988. In 1990-1992, he went to the École Nationale Supérieure des Beaux-Arts (ENSBA), France to study drawing and painting on figure. During the same period, he also completed the Cours d’Expression- Art L’espace, Niveau Art L’espace- 2eme Degree at the École Nationale Supérieure des Arts Décoratifs (ENSAD), France. In 1991-1992, he was trained at the Atelier de Décor du Mur in École Nationale Supérieure des Arts Appliqués et des Métiers d'Art (ENSAAMA) as well. After returning Malaysia, he set up Studio Ng and took position as Art Lecturer in the Equator Academy of Art & Design Penang during 1996-1997. He has practiced as an artist since year 1998 and has had several solo exhibitions within the country, such as at the Malacca State Art Gallery, Malacca. During the past few years, he has been participating actively in local art expos, and his artworks could be seen in auctions.
