    Francesco Fedeli detto il Maggiotto (Venezia 1738 - 1805) attribuito Ritratto di ragazza Olio su tavola 46 x 38 cm L'opera, per analogie stilistiche, va confrontata con Autoritratto con gli allievi Pedrini e Florian, del 1792, conservato presso le Gallerie dell'Accademia a Venezia, ed eseguito in uno di quei momenti della sua carriera in cui l'artista si riavvicinò al fare pittorico del celebre padre. Figlio di Domenico Fedeli, come lui chiamato il Maggiotto, inizialmente seguì lo stile del padre, quindi subì l'influenza indiretta di Piazzetta, Pittoni, Tiepolo e Zuccarelli. Imitò anche il genere di Pietro Longhi, ma senza la graffiante ironia del Falca. Con il passare degli anni la sua pittura si allineò allo stile della sua epoca sino ad adottare il neoclassicismo. Ebbe tra i suoi allievi artisti che saranno fondamentali per l'arte pittorica, come Lattanzio Querena, Giovanni Carlo Bevilacqua, Natale Schiavoni e Francesco Hayez. Francesco Fedeli called il Maggiotto (Venice 1738 - 1805) attributed Portrait of a girl Oil on panel 46 x 38 cm The artwork, due to some stylistic similarities, should be compared with Self-portrait with the pupils Pedrini and Florian, dated 1792, conserved in the Gallerie dell'Accademia, in Venice, and executed at one of those moments in his career when the artist returned to the painting style of his famous father.
