Measurements: 24,5 x 35 cm; 28 x 39 cm (frame) Mireille Miailhe, born Mireille Glodek was a painter, illustrator and member of the French Resistance. During World War II, Mireille Miailhe, a militant of the French Communist Party, joined the Resistance and became a liaison officer in Toulouse1 under Jean-Pierre Vernant. He became acquainted with the artists Mané-Katz, Dina Vierny and Aristide Maillol. Louis Aragon paid tribute to him in Blanche et l'oubli.
